chosen problem in operator in filters #72

Now that we are using chosen for the dropdowns, it causes an issue with the operator.
I believe the issue is that nothing is actually selected, but chosen shows the first entry, leading us to believe that the first entry is selected. In this case it's "equal to".
So you save the filter and think everything is fine but it isn't. There is no operator set. Selecting equal to makes equal to selected although there is no difference visually.
