Data: Update CHI tile / donate item descriptions & content

Data: Update Children's Health Ireland tile / donate item descriptions & content.

Note: Only phone numbers and some links were updated oninitial JSON data load and via Postman GraphQL mutation queries.

Expected: Both the donate items JSON data & GraphQL Mutations for CHI tiles need updates in new pull request with CI passing before merge & deployment activities can go ahead.

• The donate items JSON data (at a minimum - mandatory change for this ticket) needs content improved (use more relevant links, descriptions, & meta data per non-profit / charity organisation or project).
