Robo base watch task in version ^2.0.0

Steps to reproduce

Try to create a watch task (https://robo.li/tasks/Base/#watch) in robo with version ^2.0.0

Expected behavior

The task should watch and execute when a file or folder is changed.

Actual behavior

At the moment new robo version is not compatible with needed https://packagist.org/packages/henrikbjorn/lurker package.

System Configuration

PHP 7.3, macOS Catalina

Does a class_alias of \Lurker\ResourceWatcher towards a proxy to the "yosymfony/resource-watcher" package.
