Better snowballs

This idea just hit me today, and I found that it's not a feature in vanilla(or other fabric mods).
So snowballs could be on fire when crossed through lava or fire, and it couldn't put out fire on entity. This is actually something counter-intuitive.
Here's the idea:

1. Snowball freezes entities, slow them temporarily(I didn't find a mod that could make entity "freezed", like in the powder snow).
2. Snowball melts instead of stays on fire.
3. Snowball adds a snow layer to the block on hit.
4. Snowball puts out fire on entity.

I've went through all 1.18.2 fabric mods, except magic and create-like mods, for making my modpack, so these ideas are mostly original and unique.
