Compatibility with Debugify

I wonder if this mod is compatible with @isXander's Debugify (Modrinth). Specifically its take on ToolTipFix and if the fixes implemented in Andromeda overlaps with Debugify fixes - if true, i suggest taking an approach similar to how Quark does: disabling the overlaping features automatically if other mod already does that.

Andromeda should already be compatible with Debugify.

I probably need to clarify why ToolTipFix is suggested in the first place. It's suggested only because descriptions for certain config options are a little too long. Andromeda itself doesn't fix any tooltip related issues.

Btw, I do want to have a system which would allow me to disable certain options, but I'd need to write a new config for that.
