Allow glass bottles to be filled right-clicking on a cactus block

Since cactus in real life have a lot of water stored within it to be able to survive the dry and harsh conditions of deserts, and people in real survival conditions often tap on this water for drinking, what about implement this mechanic in m-tweaks, where players can right-click on cactus to fill water bottles?
