`.questions.json` not gone after boilerplate created

Fix Summary

Fixed both issues mentioned:

1. .questions.json cleanup

• Added automatic deletion of .questions.json after template rendering in writeRenderedTemplates()
• The file is now removed immediately after templates are written, preventing it from lingering in initialized projects

2. All questions are now asked

• Added prompts for all template variables that were previously missing:
  • Workspace init: Author name, email, GitHub username, initial module name, and license selection
  • Module init: Author name, email, module description, repository name, GitHub username, access level (public/restricted), and license selection
• Auto-population from git config: Author name and email are automatically read from git config --global user.name and git config --global user.email when available, displayed as defaults that users can edit
• User confirmation required: All prompts now require explicit user confirmation (no auto-acceptance), ensuring users actively choose values, especially for license selection

Verify .questions.json is removed

You should see prompts for:

Verify template variables are populated

After initialization, check that generated files contain actual values instead of undefined:
