Obsolete API Spec Files.

It is not clear which API spec is used to generate the API client. It is only visible in the action.

There are quite a few files in this repository that are out of date and should be deleted. e.g.

• harbor_legacy_openapi3.yaml
• harbor_legacy_swagger.yaml
• harbor_swagger.yaml
• harbor_swagger_openapi3.yaml
