Pin API Spec files 

We are currently using the API Spec from master. 
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/container-registry/harbor-api-client/master/swagger.yaml

We rather should check a tagged spec file into our repo and use that instead, this way we can clarify and add descriptions and explanations in the spec file so that they end up in code.
