nerdctl build relies on BuildKit, which requires a network proxy for the BuildKit daemon if you encounter network issues.

To fix this issue, create a /etc/systemd/system/buildkit.service.d/proxy.conf file and reload your systemd configuration before restarting BuildKit.

Did you execute systemctl daemon-reload && systemctl restart buildkit ?

After exec systemctl restart buildkit, it worked!
