Run OCI tests against all storage providers #306

We keep developing new features and completely forget about the storage providers, only running the tests against the current provider i.e. Ipfs/storj.
Describe the solution you'd like
OCI tests to run against all storage providers everytime. Say we are currently working with Ipfs. When we run the tests, it should also run for storj or any other available storage provider. This way we ensure that all storage providers are working at all times & and are well supported by us
