How do combine rootless slirp4netns with multiple running server apps?

I posted my issue on #12730 before I knew github discussion forums existed as it more belongs to in here.

My issue is that I'm able to run an app called 'safe network node' and I'm able to run 16 of them on a single machine as required for testing. However, I'm able to do this rootfully, not rootless.

With rootless, I can only start the first safe node (podman run see 2.), but not others (podman exec see 4.)
What happens to the others is that after a couple of seconds, the server apps drop out, unable to connect to each other.

When I look into the logs of these server apps, I see random port errors like this:

Node cannot join the network since it is not externally reachable: 10.0.2.100:37675

As I only like to have a specific set of ports open, 12000 to 12015, I would prefer to able to choose ports.

I've tried using --network slirp4netns:port_handler=slirp4netns, but those server apps drop as well but this time without anything in the error log.

Discarding this isue due to netavark supporting rootless.
