GitHub Actions workflows with Podman systemd user services are easier to write with the new GitHub Runner ubuntu-22.04 (beta)

The new GitHub-hosted runner ubuntu-22.04 is currently marked as beta.

I just tried it out. It works better than ubuntu-20.04!

For ubuntu-20.04 this was needed to get systemctl --user working

loginctl enable-linger runner
sleep 1
XDG_RUNTIME_DIR=/run/user/$UID systemctl --user 

For ubuntu-22.04 you can use

systemctl --user 

directly.
