Error : Is the docker daemon running?

Greetings,

Running: podman version 4.4.4
OS: Windows 10

When spinning up a pod with grafana, loki, promtail using podman-compose I am running into this error

level=error ts=2023-05-04T17:51:20.546823575Z caller=refresh.go:99 component=docker_discovery discovery=docker config=flog_scrape/unix:///var/run/docker.sock:80 msg="Unable to refresh target groups" err="error while listing containers: Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at unix:///var/run/docker.sock. Is the docker daemon running?"

I saw the following solution but it is for a MacOS

What I can do to fix this in Windows please? Let me know if anything is missing from this post
