After using curl to build a container image there is an external container "alpine-working-container". Is this expected? #18495

(I rewrote this post after investigating some more)

I came to the conclusion that this is probably a bug so I created an issue

Build container is not removed after building a FROM-only Dockerfile with REST API /v1.41/build buildah#4780
