Version 4.7.2 Timing out when pulling images over a proxy

Im wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues pulling images from registries with Podman 4.7.2. I reverted back to 4.7.1 and it is working fine. The other thing to note is I am going though a proxy. But did not have to set it using 4.7.1
This was the timeout error
