Podman 5+ | applehv | Tips for support Multi-arch?

Hi,

With new applehv as default for podman 5, what tips or considerations you have for support multi-arch work?

I'm new in this area of containers and my issue still basic like be able to run amd64 images (most common) and some cases arm64 insted aarch64.

Just want to learn more with more experienced people about these challenges
