What's the difference between docker and podman networking?

Hi all, please see the screenshot below.
The right hand side is the ifconfig in Ubuntu 22.04 where docker engine is installed
The left hand side is the ifconfig in Redhat 9 where podman engine is installed

The question here lies in the networking: I'm not sure why there ISN'T the podman default network whereas docker has one in Ubuntu?
