stuck at "Writing manifest to image destination"

While trying to run it one of the containers is stuck at

Writing manifest to image destination

I've waited a couple of minutes... Still nothing. Tried on other machine and it went witout a hitch - any ideas what's wrong?

I use ubuntu 24.04 same problem. #22921
