How to disable logging of HTTP requests to API in the journal?

PyCharm sends HTTP request to /v1.41/_ping API endpoint every 3 seconds:

How to configure Podman to disable logging of HTTP requests to API?

After I found relevant issue #12181 I checked /usr/lib/systemd/system/podman.service which contains

Environment=LOGGING="--log-level=info"
ExecStart=/usr/bin/podman $LOGGING system service

whereas man podman says

   --log-level=level
       Log messages at and above specified level: debug, info, warn, error, fatal or panic (default: warn)

So it looks like Fedora changes the default logging level from warn to info…
