Failing to start a nginx podman container on port 32767

The nginx podman container on port 32767 failed to start (I attempted running --priviledged after it failed without -priviledged, but it also fails in this case since that should have the rights).However, I can start the container using the same Docker command.

These were the logs from the podman container
