Im moving docker build -f path/Dockerfile to podman

Hi,

I'm moving the following line
$ docker build -f path/Dockerfile
to podman and they did not work as in docker.
In docker, the current directory where I started the docker command started is shared to the
build container so COPY seeing the current directory where I started docker build .....
In podman the directory in the build container is the directory of the Dockerfile.
This is a big difference --- is there a bug, or is there an option to fix this?

I am not aware why this is or if docker changed the behavior at some point.

As work around you can simply specify the current working directory on the cli.
podman build -f path/Dockerfile .

On my system docker build produces an error if it isn't explicitly given the location of the build context directory. I'm fine with removing our "guess what they meant" behavior if it comes to that.
