set podman log permissions

Hello,

Podman logs have default 600 permissions.
Is it possible to change that at start to 644?
Obviously I could change it afterwards but afte logrotaing it will be 600 again.

The configuration option for logs only has max_size, path and tag.

It makes little sense from a security point of view to make lots world readable by default.

640 would work as well but the option for it would be nice.
We have a monitoring system that runs as another user than the user of the podman container which needs to read the logfile.
