Install Podman offline in RHEL 8.4

Hi,

I am new to Linux as a whole and although I've searched I can not find a clear answer.

We have a customer running Red Hat in a Closed / Air Gapped network and the latest version of the software we are trying to upgrade require a newer version of Podman.

Our customer is currently running Podman 3.0.1.6 and we need to upgrade to 4.6 or later.

Is it possible to download Podman on another computer and transfer it across to update the current version of Podman and if so how can we do this.

If you are using RHEL I suggest you contact Red Hat support for such question.
"How to install rpms offline?" is not a question for upstream developers.
