On Ubuntu 22/04, no issue with version 3.3.4

On RHEL 8 with version 5.5.2, I have an error:

$ podman load -i ubi9-minimal.tar

Did you do this? Do you have subuids and subgid configured for that user?

On Ubuntu I have:

costa@VirtualBox:~/OpenROAD/build$ cat /etc/subuid
guest:100000:65536
costa:165536:65536
costa@VirtualBox:~/OpenROAD/build$ cat /etc/subgid
guest:100000:65536
costa:165536:65536

On RHEL there are empty.
