Network interface inside container

I have a rootful container with multiple networks. this will create eth0, eth1, ... inside the container.

how can i specify the network interface inside the container?

I am using quadlet

Network=network1.network
Network=network2.network

i saw #13174 but its quite old

Hi @kaaax0815 , not sure what you are asking.

If the networks already exist regardless of this container you can refer to them directly using the Network key. If the networks exist only for the application this container is part of, then you can have Quadlet create them by adding .network files and referring to them using the Network key.

For example, let's say you have two networks, one that always exists (call it general) and another that is specific.
So, for the specific network you will have the my-app.network file (you can add parameters to the network)

[Network]

And then the app.container:

[Container]
...
Network=general
Network=my-app.network

If you are talking about the interface name inside the container there you set it like on the --network cli syntax basically
