Pulling a manifested tag

Is there a way to pull a manifest and all of its constituent platforms from a repository once it is pushed to a repository? I'd like to copy one from a user repo to our "official" repo without rebuilding the image(s).

Looking further, it looks like making the manifest failed (it only has one platform in it). Suspecting that podman 5 needed (was podman 4).

Ok, new images built successfully. In short, I'd like to pull down this image with the manifest tag fedora42-20250822 with all platform so that I can retag it and push to another repository as-is. Is this possible?

My current solution is to pull each platform image, retag them locally, create a new manifest with the retagged images, and then push the retagged images and the new manifest.

See the diff in this MR which does the dance that I'd ideally have something like:

podman manifest pull …
podman manifest tag …
podman push …

or something.
