Feature request description

Many commands support the --format flag which accept a go template to allow for easy formatting for certain values in scripts. Add the same option to podman artifact inspect

There is already a TODO in the code on where to start https://github.com/containers/podman/blob/main/cmd/podman/artifact/inspect.go#L29-L32
