Add certificate revocation tests

Certificate revocation testing will be a part of the SDK certificate testing suite. However, people may make their own implementations. In addition, the people using that test suite may be different than the people using this tool. Therefore, there is no harm in having a little redundancy between the tools to help ensure that it gets covered.
