Document use of the "org.cai.ingredientIds" property to refer to ingredients from actions

The changes introduced in this commit don't seem to be documented anywhere.

I would have expected this page to mention how to use the "org.cai.ingredientIds" property to include ingredients.

I think I'm doing it right, but it would be good to be sure!

Yes, you are right. This change is in an open PR #217 (see deploy preview of the relevant page at https://deploy-preview-217--cai-open-source.netlify.app/docs/manifest/writing/assertions-actions/#the-instance_id-property.

Unfortunately, this PR has been held up because it covers a bunch of other stuff, toofor upcoming changes. I may try to pull out this particular fix though since currently the doc is incorrect.
