About the possibility to use Continue for a team or company

Hello everyone!
I tested the Continue Extension: I created a custom custom AI assistant
using a single API key from OpenRouter.ai (at the same time, I use
two free models for this one key – DeepSeek and Gemini). I tried the available functionality of my
AI assistants: chat, code generation in several programming languages, code technical documentation generation, auto-completion, context usage, code review, code refactoring. And my tests have left me with a good impression of working with Continue.
Therefore, I have the following question for you: can the development team (or company) use the Continue Extension for the same purposes? Is it possible to create an Enterprise AI Assistant for writing code and technical documentation using the Continue Extension in IDE VS Code and JetBrains?
Introductory data:
1.The number of developers in a team (or company) that can work simultaneously: from 10 to 100 people.
2.Developer functionality: chat, code generation in several programming languages, code technical documentation generation, auto-completion, context usage, code review, code refactoring.
3. The manager's functionality: tracking logs, imposing restrictions for individual developers on the use of a corporate AI assistant, switching Providers and LLM Models used.
4. The general desired architecture of such an Enterprise AI assistant for writing code and technical documentation using Continue:
IDE VS Code and JetBrains + Continue extension + logs + corporate RAG system (not immediately, but in the future it is needed).
5.Logs record: who entered the Corporate AI Assistant, what he asked the LLM, what he received in response.
Questions for you:

1. Is it possible to build such a Corporate AI Assistant taking into account the full functionality and requirements outlined above?
2. If possible, I would like to ask you earnestly: please outline
   the step-by-step procedure for the implementation of this project.
3. If possible, inform me about the monthly cost (at least approximate) of the work of such a Corporate AI assistant for the team (or company). And specify how the payment for your services is made.
   I may have asked a lot of questions. But these are important questions for me.
   And it seems to me that such potential cooperation would be beneficial for your company.
