Plan/Agent modes grayed out when using LM Studio with the gpt-oss-20b model

Hello, this is my first time using local LLM and Continue, so I might just be missing something. I downloaded the gpt-oss-20b model on my M4 MBP through LM Studio and installed the Continue extension in VSC and configured it to use my local LM Studio model. The chat mode is working great, but both the "Plan" and "Agent" modes are greyed out for me and if I hover over the info icon I get "All tools are enabled based on policies."

I tried making various adjustments to my config.yaml file (such as adding supportsTools: true) in the ~/.continue directory, but so far to no avail.

Have a look on #7035, I have build a workaround but used Ollama.
