Continue window tabs on Intellij enhancements

• When opening continue tab in Intellij at the buttom of the screen, a left pane for picking the tab appears.
  In settings, the option to disable "Show session Tabs" disable the upper tabs. IMHO the left tabs should be at least optional (although redundant).
  AFAICT it is redundant

* Set conversations to be per project (at least optional) instead of global.
