hey team i am not able to connect offline LLM deployed on the another hardware as i want to make connection with the same and able to use

@pythodoc are you able to share details about the connection to the hardware. Are you using a proxy? Same network? In a firewall. This would help narrow down some suggestions.

Brian, I'm delighted to report that the issue has been resolved. Upon further investigation, it appears that the problem was caused by an internal network configuration issue. Thankfully, our Network Team was able to open up Port 11434, which has now enabled seamless communication between our systems. Your patience and collaboration are greatly appreciated!
