Can't seem to add or modify my first assistant.

After adding my first assistant, I changed a couple of parameters and added a different model. And when I click on the VS code button at the bottom, nothing gets changed in VS code. Tied adding a new assistant. Same thing. No new assistant ever shows up in VS code. not sure what I'm doing wrong.

You might need to reload the VS Code window:

• Press Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + P to open the command palette
• Type "Reload Window" and select it
• This will restart VS Code and reload all extensions
