VSCode -> Ollama: reason: connect EHOSTUNREACH

Ollama running on another node, accessbile and tested. But with Continue it give connection error

request to http://192.168.1.136:11434/api/chat failed, reason: connect EHOSTUNREACH 192.168.1.136:11434 - Local (192.168.1.195:57979)

Same able to hit using postman post http://192.168.1.136:11434/api/chat work no connection issue.

Same setup work if you ngrok.

event tried with setting /etc/hosts file to redirect, but same error
