vscode extension select model hangs.

I installed continue (tried both pre-release and release). Firstly, the chat worked fine, however autocomplete didn't work. I restarted vscode and now it doesn't even see the ollama local models (in CLI the models work fine).

solved with a full reinstall (had to delete files from vscode extensions and global storage)

Reopening, seems that closing and reopening vscode makes continue hang somehow when trying to load the config

I've seen this experience happen recently while on a plane with bad or no internet connection. Curious if you have more context on your setup and network connection just in case it was similar.
