Editing actions sends empty prompts

The Ctrl+I edit mode chat and actions like "Fix Grammar / Spelling" send empty prompts, resulting in gibberish. Chat and autocomplete work as expected. I am using LM Studio, but I doubt that that is relevant as this is an issue with prompt generation.

Also, for some reason, autocompletion is now sending empty prompts during testing as well. I'm not sure what changed.
