v1.0.20-vscode: Is Continue indexing the whole workspace or only interacted files?

Hi everyone,
Since updating to Continue v1.0.20-vscode, I’ve noticed that the .continue folder in my dev space no longer grows the way it used to. In earlier versions, it looked like the workspace was being fully scanned/indexed on startup, but now it seems entries are only created when I actively interact with a file (e.g. request a completion or run a refactor).
Is this the new expected behavior in 1.0.20, or could I have a misconfiguration in my setup?
