Getting 400 status code when prompting in Agent Mode

When I'm prompting using Agent Mode, then required tool is getting invoked and it is doing its task, but after accomplishing its task, I'm getting this error

You can notice in the screenshot that title got changed, but when I click on accept for accepting the changes then I get this error

This is the final request body which is send to Model when I click on accept after tool has done its task
But when I accept then I get this 400 error message
