continue.dev CLI -- how to scroll?

Hi there, I'm a new user to the continue.dev CLI. I'm using it with a local llama.cpp instance, on linux using gnome-terminal. How do I scroll the output from continue.dev?

PageUp/PageDown don't do anything. The mouse wheel just scrolls through the input history (same as the Up and Down buttons).

I've also tried PageUp/PageDown with all three modifier keys (shift, alt, and ctrl) and this doesn't do anything either.

What am I missing?
