How to track trades/fees when trading between two wallets?

What's the recommended method for tracking transfers to a secondary wallet (IE: exchanged to cold wallet)? I'm not selling/losing any BTC, but I do have to pay fees, which end up cutting the amount of BTC I have, but Controtto doesn't seem to have an easy way to track that (can't use 0/0 for buy/sell). Curious how you're handling this
