Re-login required to interact with the portal for new users

While signing up to Contrib Tracker portal via ‘Login with Google’ button, it says Your account was created, but it needs administrator's approval, but after logging-in again it dismisses that notice and user is able to interact with the portal.

Important to note: This is not a blocker at the moment.
