Add global password support #914

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I protected my IRC server with a global password. Then I tried to access to my server via Convos. However, Convos seemed not support a global password. I didn't find any configuration about it. When I tried to connect, it said Closing connection: xxx[~xxx@myhost] (Access denied: Bad password?)

I use ngIRCd as daemon. I can use RevolutionIRC to connect (on my phone), because it has an optional password configuration.

Please add global password support (or if it was my fault please tell me how to do).
