Additionally, include a note explaining that if the promo code does not appear in the account, it cannot be reclaimed after 14 days from account creation, as stated in Hetzner’s official documentation (https://docs.hetzner.com/general/billing-and-account-management/billing-at-hetzner/promo-code/#i-created-my-account-via-a-referral-link-but-i-cant-see-any-active-promo-codes-in-my-account-yet).
This could be implemented as a short warning box or highlighted note directly below the referral link.

This enhancement would help set accurate expectations for users signing up via the referral link. Without this clarification, users may assume the bonus is guaranteed and only discover later that it was not applied—and that it cannot be reclaimed after 14 days. Adding this notice would improve transparency, reduce confusion, and prevent frustration for new users.
Additional context
In my case, the bonus was not applied after creating a new Hetzner account through the referral link. I first contacted the Hetzner support team, and they informed me that the Coolify cloud credit is only available for new customers and can only be added retroactively if the user contacts support within 14 days after account creation. Their response was:
"Unfortunately, the Coolify cloud credit is only for new customers. We can only retroactively add it to your account if you contact us within 14 days after account creation."
After this clarification, they pointed me to their official documentation explaining the 14-day limitation. Including this information directly in the Coolify documentation would help other users verify the promo code immediately after account creation and avoid missing the eligibility window.
