Docs: MinIO Community Edition no longer updated

Since MinIO Community Edition builds from the official source (https://github.com/minio/minio), which is now archived, that effectively means no further builds unless there's an alternate source to build from.

There should be a clear warning shown on the MinIO Community Edition page that it's no longer maintained.

I have updated the docs on bca0497 (will be merged to the production version soon)
