Using build server but for 15 seconds my CPU usage goes to 300%

Hello. I have 2 servers on coolify - main and build.

Everything goes perfect with build server, but there is 15 seconds interval that usage of my main server goes to 300%

It is somewhere that this starts:

Is there way to limit the cpu usage of this process?

I currently hos coolify on cloud and have main server (4cores) and build server(2cores). I'm just worried about this 15 seconds. I host nextjs.
