COOLIFY_DEPLOYMENT_ID in predefined variables

Context

I am setting up OpenTelemetry in my application and I am attaching some deployment-related attributes to logs.
I was successfully able to set Git commit sha using the SOURCE_COMMIT env var, but I was hoping if I could also attach the deployment id.

Proposed Solution

Add a predefined env var named COOLIFY_DEPLOYMENT_ID to the list of predefined env vars.
