Best way horizontal scaling + cloudflared?

Hello,

I currently host all services for a mobile application on the same VPS (Hetzner). And they are all behind a Cloudflare tunnel.

However, my vision is as follows:

Postgres DB + Redis > dedicated VPS
App (Node.js) > 3 x CPU-optimized VPS
UI Apps (back office, customer back office, landing page, etc.) > 1 x CPU-optimized VPS.

What is the best way to achieve this while maintaining the Cloudflare tunnel?

1. Should Coolify be installed on a dedicated server with DB/Redis?
2. Is Hetzner LB provided to us as a server we can connect to via SSH?
