Add commit author information to all deployment notification channels

Deployment notification messages currently do not include the commit author information.

This detail is important for team visibility, as it allows recipients to quickly identify who made the change that triggered the deployment directly from the notification channel.

Adding the commit author to notifications would improve traceability and context across all platforms (e.g., Discord, Telegram, email, webhooks).
